He is a man of big ideas from the small town of Karur. Mr. C. Basker built the company from scratch and built VNC into a deeply customer-centric organization that is now a leading player in its product categories in South India. Amongst other things, he has also served as a Director representing South East Asia in the Board of Rotary International.
Since its formation in 1983, VNC Group has been consistently run with
the focus on creating values not only for VNC, but also for the society
it operates in. The group is driven by the four core values.
We don’t settle for anything less than excellence. We have the self-honesty to admit when we are wrong and the courage to change.
We inspire people to be ambitious. We challenge people, and trust in them to rise to that challenge. We support the development of our people and empower them to make choices.
We conduct our business fairly, with ethics and integrity being the cornerstone of everything that we do. We match our behaviour to our words and take responsibility for our actions.
We fulfill our obligation of building a better, stronger, more durable company for future generations. We meet out commitments to stakeholders and help improve communities and the environment.
